1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 About this service
Blooply is a Windows desktop application that runs on your own computer. What you buy is a license to use it, not an ongoing service: there is no monthly fee, no renewal, and the app needs no connection to our servers beyond activation.
1.2 License and number of PCs
One license covers up to 2 Windows PCs and stays valid for as long as this product is supported. You enter the license key once on each PC the first time you open it, and the app remembers it.
Activating a third PC will be refused while two PCs are still active. If you replace your computer, contact us with proof of purchase so the old slot can be released.
1.3 What you may not do
- Selling, renting out, or sharing the license key with anyone else.
- Using one key on more computers than the allowance permits.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or removing the license protection.
- Redistributing the Blooply installer or binaries without written permission.
Breaching this section may result in the license being deactivated without a refund.
1.4 Third-party services
Blooply can connect to third-party services that you choose yourself — for example an OpenAI-compatible AI provider (Groq, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Ollama) or your YouTube account. We do not control those services, and their cost, policies, and availability are entirely up to their respective providers. Your API keys are stored on your computer.
1.5 Limitation of liability
Blooply is provided "as is". We work to keep the application running well, but we do not warrant that it will be free of defects, or that the clips it produces will meet any platform's criteria. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the license.
1.6 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the product or the rules change. The version in force is the one shown on this page, and the update date appears at the top.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 What we collect at purchase
At checkout we store your email address and your name (if you provide it) in order to send the license key and as proof of purchase, plus transaction data from the QRIS payment provider. We never store your card or banking credentials.
2.2 What the app sends to our servers
The app contacts the license server only to activate a key and to refresh its validity period. What is sent is the license identity and a device marker, only as far as is needed to count how many PCs are active.
2.3 Your video is never uploaded to us
Video processing, highlight detection, and caption generation all happen on your computer. We do not receive your video files, audio, or transcripts. If you enable storage backup to your own Cloudflare R2 account, that data lives in your account, not ours.
2.4 Sharing data
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only as far as is needed to run the service: the QRIS payment provider to process the transaction, and an email delivery service to send the license key.
2.5 Your rights
You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, your purchase data by emailing [email protected]. We may keep transaction records longer where prevailing bookkeeping rules require it.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Because this is a digital product
Blooply is a digital product: the license key is delivered to your email immediately and can be used straight away. Refunds are therefore available only in the circumstances below, not for a purchase that has already been used without cause.
3.2 Refundable circumstances
- The key never arrived and no activation is recorded against that license.
- The application will not run on a PC that meets the official specification (Windows 10/11 64-bit), and our team could not help you resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate payment for the same single license.
3.3 How to request one
Email [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date, including the email address you bought with and, if useful, a screenshot of the problem. We reply within a reasonable time on business days.
3.4 After a refund is processed
Funds are returned through the same payment channel as the original transaction, and the related license key is deactivated. How quickly the money reappears depends on your bank or e-wallet.
